Dear Sir,
Please look into our Current Account No 7589 and tally again with the statements sent to us on the 7th of this month. There is a debit entry of Rp 75.000 under the head special chargers’. There is some anomaly about that. It is for the first time during the last five years since we have account with you, that such a deduction has been made.
We have been maintaining a clean account. Although Rp 75.000 is not a big amount, yet if it is charged again and again, it may be unsound as a banking traditional.
We hope the amount will be credit to our account or we are told the reason, if there is any.
